Lesley has had lifelong farming connections. She has worked for Dorset County Young Farmer's Clubs as Assistant Organiser and started work with the Agricultural Training Board 20 years ago. It is with this experience that Newlands Training has been developed. Lesley has worked with school leavers on the Modern Apprenticeship programme and has developed training and assessment skills during that time. Lesley is a member of Lantra Awards Professional Register.
